We have been blessed with the views to the east, because they distract from the older style bathrooms and crisp cool tiles on your feet in the middle of winter to the west. To fix this, we are closing our doors for the month of May to replace 4 bathrooms and add 1 more... It's not a tiny job abd it will make a huge difference to our guest experience. And while we are at it, we will be doing a little more around the place... garage doors, paint and general maintenance. So expect lots of moody bathroom shots on our social pages for the second half of 2021.
I love the work that a talented interior designer can do. We will give full credit when the bathrooms are finished.
Who's going to Italy in April?
No one. That's who. It is in terrible taste to make jokes like that.... I know here in Australia we have all had it so much better than 99% of the world... but if I whisper it, you will agree: Italy would be nice.
RIght now it looks like we won't be going anywhere until at least the second half of the year... So, yay! Domestic tourism.

So, until next time, I will be reminding myself not to be a spoiled brat and appreciate all the good things we have had over the past year.....and when I am done with that I will look into the Greek islands for July 2022.
