Wonderful guests, upcoming weekends and 2019 plans
What a winter! We have had some wonderful guests who I know have enjoyed themselves and share a little bit from their trip on social media or write to us after their stay. It is all super appreciated and long may it continue.
Upcoming availability
Last year we had precisely zero weekends unbooked - for which we were super grateful. But it did leave a few people feeling they missed out. For those who read their emails and would like to book now, we have the following weekends free:

Your might feel it is a bit early to be making too many plans, but with just 134 sleeps until Christmas we are starting lickity split.
We now have Tom as our manager. A seemingly super laid-back Kiwi, Tom can get it all done, from fluffing pillows to fixing fences, Tom is in charge of making the place shine for everyone. He is great to have around, do say hi if you are down mid-week. And if you are around for the weekend, then only call in an emergency!!!
Our fire place has smoked for many many years. We have tried many many solutions to stop the fire place from smoking when it gets windy. We are still a little short of a solution - does anyone have experience with Chimney Fans? I have my hopes and dreams set on these things, but they seem a little wacky to work. Any other solutions for down drafts?
We are also pushing for more film, TV and media production companies to come down to the farm and take advantage of the scenery. Rates will depend on the size of the crew and time required. Drop me an email if you might want to take advantage.
Our neighbours are also renting their Gerringong house out. It is spectacular. Nominated for house of the year, you can see details at: www.dovecote.com.au.
